2️⃣ Purchase your hair products from a professional only. Salons are able to have higher quality products that are not watered down + tampered with and are packed with only the best ingredients. Drug store, TJMaxx and Amazon products are often counterfeit, expired and loaded with harmful ingredients

3️⃣ Turn down the heat! There is no reason to have your hot tools higher than 350°. Keep heat styling to a minimum and be sure to always use a heat protectant

4️⃣ Swap out your regular conditioner once a week for a deep conditioner. Your hair will love you for it!"
