It happens to all of us...

We focus on certain areas of our lives in an attempt to just get through the day.

And inevitably, some parts of us end up becoming entirely untended to.

The danger is when these unheld parts actually start to shrivel up and go into permanent states of hiding 😢

I don't think they actually die, but it can certainly feel like that!

This could be your passion, sexuality, dreams, vitality, inner fire, authentic emotions, truest beliefs, desires, purpose, etc.

And IT IS a tragedy when the juiciest parts of who we are end up trapped in the shadows!
