Elvis Presley Enterprises selected TDM to assemble a team of resort development experts to develop a plan to reposition its Memphis, TN property as a destination resort. TDM and its team developed a plan that re-invigorated the existing attraction and expanded it to a true distention resort with hotels, retail, dining and other attractions. TDM Principal Randy Printz was also directly involved in negotiations for public support of the project with the City, County and State officials.
