Deck update. Was able to keep the bones because they were still good. Changed the footprint a little bit and added some privacy. Came out awesome.

Another children’s bathroom upgrade. Lots of spoiled kids out there!!!

Who doesn’t want a sink cabinet like this?? Btw black mold is no bueno for your health.

Middle garage post gets water an car door damage. I think we made a really nice solution! Cement footer with pvc boards around it for permanent water protection. Exercise mat surround to protect car doors.

113 year old house certainly presents its challenges. Fun little bathroom refresher. My part is done and the homeowner will finish it up!
