This year has been the most rewarding and the most trialing of my life as a business owner. Expanding is terrifying. The what ifs. The daunting loans. The overwhelming hiring process. The hard truths you learn about yourself. The sacrifices.
Even drowning in all of these fears...my team HAD MY BACK through it all.
We pushed through and opened the salon.
We paid back 90% of the loans.
We nervously and patiently waited for the perfect hair stylists to be a part of the team. (and we FOUND THEM!!π₯Ή)
We learned new techniques.
We brought on a new product line.
We did our first big public event.
We welcomed new incredible clients.
And now we celebrate. Doing the scary things makes life worth living and I just can't wait to see what 2026 brings π€
