Our egg numbers for May. It was a very productive month and a large number of eggs were donated to Helping Harvest Food Bank.

So the question that is asked all the time? What do we do with all those eggs. We sell what we can but there is almost always eggs left over. We can always take them to auction but sometimes you get next to nothing for them. Lately, we have been taking them to the food bank. Just last week we took all but 100 # of eggs to be donated. At 24 oz a dozen that comes out to 66 dozen eggs donated last week. We could not do this without the support of everyone who buys our eggs. Thank you, and the people who receive these donations thank you as well.

Temporarily, we have a styrofoam cooler out with 9 dozen eggs as of now. Please be sure the lid is pushed on after your purchase so it doesn't fly away. Thank you.

Sorry to report it may be a bit before we can have eggs out at the end of the driveway. Someone decided to steal our cooler (and the 8 dozen eggs in it) at some point today. So we need to find a new cooler....
