Blue House Drafting provides clean, detailed and code compliant plans at an affordable price.
You can expect details to be IRC code compliant required for permitting. This includes
elevations, floor plans, foundation plan, site plan, sections and details as needed and IRC code notes. Mechanical plans can be done upon request. Blue House Drafting can provide general contractors and builders with inhouse drafting without the high expenses and overhead. My purpose as a designer and draftsman is to exceed your expectations and to ensure your project is ready on time. Presentations in 3D allow the homeowner to see what your project will look like before construction even begins. Imagine cutting out the stress, loss of money and schedule delays when a customer changes their mind. New home builders could use the interior and exterior 3D presentations to market the sale of a home or land you the job. Blue House Drafting has 16 years of Architectural drafting experience. My focus is to find contractors who need plans for permitting or assistance showing a customer the potential of a space in their existing home.
