Pyramid Technologies is looking to hire for an IT Technician Position! We are a managed IT company, meaning we provide all IT support for several businesses in the Siouxland area. This is a no experience required position and you will be able to work with someone until you are comfortable to be on your own. We are looking for someone who is efficient when working with little supervision and doesn’t mind traveling during the workday.
Job Responsibilities:
The job will include a lot of traveling during the workday. We often work with a large variety of major retailers. Much of the work will Include providing support for these retailers, convenience stores, and gas stations. Provided a clean driving record, a company vehicle is available to use. This job will also include some IT support on days you do not have travel. Traveling during the workday to provide support will be the main responsibility of this position.

This is not a position which will stick you behind a desk all day. You will see many different aspects of IT work and will allow you to gain experience in many different fields of IT. The job also includes many soft benefits, such as paid lunch breaks, working with little supervision, and great flexibility with time off.
While this is a no experience required position, some computer knowledge, basic networking skills, and the ability to pull wire are a plus.
