Sanford Health is expanding its Sioux Falls campus with the addition of Medical Building 4, a new, two-story, 52,000-square-foot facility. 🏥🧑🏼‍⚕️🩺

This building will become the new home for Sanford's dermatology and plastic surgery practices, bringing both services under one roof. It will feature 46 exam rooms, 15 treatment rooms, four procedure rooms, two infection rooms, a lab and a laser room.

Architecture Incorporated is excited to continue its longstanding relationship with Sanford and to deliver a new, state-of-the-art facility that will serve Sanford, its staff, and the community for years to come.

This year marked the completion of the headquarters for LodgeNet (now SONIFI Solutions) in Sioux Falls. 🏢

The campus was designed to include a warehouse and assembly facility, two two-story open-office buildings, a multipurpose cafetorium, and a showcase administration building. Exterior split-face masonry in a blend of warm colors helped create a welcoming campus atmosphere while softening the scale of the expansive complex. Inside, the design successfully balanced the need for security with the company's vision of encouraging employee connection and community.
