Gate 2: Pure feminine energy that stems from deep receptiveness for higher knowledge. May 4 - May 9

The sun has been in gate 2 for a little over a day now. Personally, in my chart this gate is activated by my conscious sun, meaning it's my birthday!! Well it was on the 4th :) Gate 2 plays a large role in my personality and how others see me, naturally a lot of people come to me for advice or i'm told that I'm really easy to open up to. Oddly enough, I often struggle with a sense of my own direction, as I sometimes get lost in the shadow energy of this gate.

With the sun in gate 2 may feel either a sense of direction or a lack of direction. It all depends on whether or not you are following your strategy and authority.

If you follow your strategy and authority, this gate brings us powerful feminine energy with a strong sense of direction. You might feel the impulse to start something creative and new. You may have this sense that exactly where you are is perfect, feeling unity in your present position, oneness with all that is.

If you are not following your strategy and authority you might feel lost or mis-directed. You may struggle with a sense of where you are supposed to be or be heading.

Do you have Gate 14 activated in your chart? With the compliments of Gate 2, it creates a channel, linking the G-Center to the Sacral Center. 2-14 "The Beat" This channel is considered to be a "ta***ic" channel, *transforming* sacral, sexual, and life force energy into an expression of higher self through Love. This channel gives us the potential to empower the direction of others.

The sun has moved into Gate 24, and we are in Ta**us season. (I totally missed posting on Gate 27 earlier this week)

Personally, I have activated in my chart by the Moon in my 'unconscious design', and by Mercury in the 'conscious personality'. But as the sun is currently in this gate, we can all experience the energies of Gate 24.

The theme of this gate is all about unique concepts, mental processing, rationalization and introspection. It comes with the ability to come to a resolution and unique or creative solutions to problems. These concepts will bring about great transformation and renewal.

This Gate also carries the fear of ignorance, and the mental anxiety that you will never "know" enough. It also carries the energy of OVER thinking, getting caught up in your chaotic thoughts, thinking about the same thing over and over hoping that maybe you will find some kind of truth or an answer. Even though, you may never resolve the thought or find an answer.

If you find yourself overloaded with rampant thoughts, take a moment to take a deep breath and allow those thoughts to slip away and embrace the silence. Hold on to the silence, take a moment to rest, rest your thoughts. Allow yourself to find comfort in the silence, let go of the need to finding and answer. It is the silence that lies between, and behind, the activity of your thoughts. Then, both knowing and not knowing can occur simultaneously.
