Fall foliage is one of the most enjoyable parts of this season. As much as we enjoy seeing the leaves change, premature color change can be a sign of a stressed tree. If you have an oak, maple or birch tree in the Sioux Falls area that started to turn yellow within the past few weeks you likely have a tree suffering from chlorosis and drought stress. Chlorosis is a condition when a tree is unable to access an appropriate amount of micronutrients from the soil required to make healthy leaves during the growing season. The most noticeable symptom of chlorosis is a yellow leaf blade with green veins. The good news is that we have treatment options to control the issue and fall is an excellent time to treat and improve the health of your tree. Contact us today to schedule a consultation.

Excited to share that Prairiescapes has a new place to call home. It’s still a work in progress but so are we. Looking forward to the great things that will come out of this place. Thank you John Sinning for your role in making this dream become a reality.

God is good!

Now is a great time to have our team treat and protect your valuable ash trees. Contact us today to schedule an evaluation of your trees. We can provide advice on whether it would be wise to treat and keep your ash tree or schedule a removal for this fall.
