Who We Are

Element Yoga was started by a "black sheep", so we want to be able to provide a welcoming home of support and encouragement to any person who is seeks to start or to build their yoga practice. The famous phrase, "Yoga is for Everybody", is our priority because yoga is for everyone and for every body type! At Element Yoga we believe in functional yoga meaning our focus is the feeling of the pose vs “how the pose should look”. Anyone who attends our class has the freedom of practice in a JUDGEMENT FREE zone. Wether you are a man, woman, LGBTQ, ANY body type, ANY religion or an alien from a different planet, we are a safe place for all who come to class transforming your mat into your home.
