Meet Amy!

Amy Cruz serves as Executive RN and Clinic Manager at Accelerate Wellness, bringing years of clinical experience in orthopedics, inpatient rehabilitation, and patient centered nursing care.

She is known for her strong clinical judgment, organization, responsiveness, and compassionate approach to patient care. Her background caring for medically complex patients and coordinating multidisciplinary care allows her to help create a calm, seamless experience for both patients and providers.

At Accelerate Wellness, Amy works closely with patients to coordinate appointments, testing, treatments, communication, and follow up care. She also serves as a primary point of contact for many executive and concierge level members, helping patients navigate their care with clarity, accessibility, and confidence.

Meet Angela!

Angela Liddell, CRNA, brings over 20 years of traditional medical experience to Accelerate Wellness, blending her background in cardiac anesthesia with advanced training in functional and longevity medicine. Her approach is rooted in precision, science, and a deep commitment to helping patients find real answers especially when it comes to chronic pain, inflammation, and overall health optimization.

What she loves most about working with patients:
“I love getting to truly listen and help people uncover the why behind what they’re feeling. So many patients have been told their symptoms are ‘normal’ or have struggled to find clear answers. Being able to dig deeper, connect the dots, and help them feel better is incredibly rewarding.”

Training & experience:
Angela is a nationally certified CRNA and board-certified in Longevity and Functional Medicine through A4M. Her background in cardiac anesthesia gives her a unique understanding of how the body functions under stress, which she now applies to helping patients restore balance, reduce pain, and improve long-term health.

Favorite summer activity:
Spending time outdoors with family whether that’s being on the water, hiking, traveling, or simply enjoying time together.
