Sitka Diesel Repair

PNW Civil Inc. Hired us to troubleshoot, and repair there wheel loader. After several different tests on hydraulic pressure and transmission pressure we removed a fitting to gain access to the pump drive gear and found we had no centrifugal force from the engine flywheel while running. After removal of the cab, hydraulic tank, engine covers and transmission we found a sheared drive ring on the flywheel which drives the torque converter. While we were in there we rebuilt the torque converter and re-sealed. More pics to come.
