Mayor Randy Fandal provided the State of the City address to the Rotary Club this morning. Lots of exciting things happening for the City of Slidell! We are blessed to live in such a great and supportive community.

To the citizens of Slidell —I am deeply humbled and incredibly grateful for your belief and trust in me.

Since the results came in Saturday night, I have been truly overwhelmed by your outpouring of support, encouragement, and congratulations. Your text messages, emails, and social media messages mean more to me than I can express. Please know that I am reading every single one, and while it may take me a little time to respond to each of you personally, I will do my best to get back to everyone.

Your trust and support have made this journey possible. I am honored to serve as your Chief of Police and look forward to working together to keep Slidell safe, strong, and united.

Thank you again for your kindness, your encouragement, and your belief in our city’s future.
