Kristen is officially looking for her next co-stylist to work directly alongside her in a 9–12 month mentorship-based program designed for licensed cosmetologists who are newer to the industry and want real hands-on technical training + business-building skills—not just busy work.

⚠️ This position is for LICENSED COSMETOLOGISTS ONLY.
(Current cosmetology license required. This is not a student position.)

This is perfect for:
• New grads or newer licensed stylists
• Someone hungry to grow and build a long-term career
• Someone who wants mentorship instead of being thrown to the wolves

What you’ll be doing:
• Working hands-on alongside me daily
• Learning advanced techniques, consultations, systems & client experience
