Our Story

We took the experience of relaxing in the Bahamas and placed it right here in Slidell, Louisiana! The Blind Tiger is a fun waterfront restaurant with amazing fresh food, ice cold drinks, relaxing views and an open air atmosphere.

We firmly believe in fresh food that has never been frozen. As a result, our menus are featured on chalkboards. One is the daily specials and the other contains our main staples. When we run out of something, it comes off the chalkboard until we get another shipment in the next day. This is how it’s done in the islands, but at TBT, no passport is required!

We have plenty of outdoor activities, so feel free to bring the family and hang out for a while!
