To my current and past patients,

As some of you may already know, it is with mixed emotions that I share the news that I will be transitioning out of my 26-year-old practice as of October 31, 2025.

I have decided to embark on an exciting new chapter in my medical career by transitioning to a hospital-based role that offers both professional growth and personal balance.

I am deeply grateful for the trust you have placed in me over the years, allowing me to be part of your health journey. It has truly been a privilege and an honor to serve you and be a part of all your lives.

I look forward to continuing your care over the coming months and want to assure you that Dr.'s Gregory Berault, Jessica Rosselot and Caroline Gruber, FNP, will remain ready to support you after my departure.
