Next up in our Summer Intern Spotlight series is Katlind McReynolds from our Sales Department! 💜💛

Katlind is currently studying Digital Advertising at LSU and plans to pursue a career in sales after graduation. During her internship, she’s looking forward to developing professional sales skills, gaining real-world experience, and growing her confidence in a team environment.

What interested Katlind most about interning at In-Telecom was learning more about what In-Telecom can provide for customers and how our solutions help businesses succeed.

So far, her favorite part of the internship has been learning about Izzie and seeing how AI technology can enhance customer interactions.

This week, we’re spotlighting Cole Bell, Systems Engineer, who has been with In-Telecom for 3 years and 10 months.

Cole is part of our Projects team, or as he likes to call it, “Where am I needed today?” If something needs to get done, chances are Cole’s already on it or about to be.

With four kids at home, Cole is no stranger to chaos, multitasking, and figuring things out on the fly… which honestly makes him perfect for the job. 😄

When he’s off the clock, you’ll find him tinkering with computers, playing video games, or enjoying a good meal at The Capital Grille. And if he could be anywhere right now, it would be Ireland.

We appreciate the adaptability, problem-solving, and steady energy Cole brings to the team every day.
