💙💛💚 What is the Color Run/Walk/Roll? 💚💛💙

It’s more than just a fun day.....it’s a movement.
Hosted by the Smithfield Special Education Local Advisory Committee (SSELAC), the Color Run/Walk/Roll is all about breaking the stigma around special education and celebrating ALL abilities.

As participants walk, run, or roll through the course, they’ll pass through colorful powder stations each one filled with energy, excitement, and community support. But the real impact goes beyond the color…

** Local organizations come together to share resources, educate families, and spread awareness
**We create a space where differences are celebrated, not judged
** We show that inclusion isn’t just a word it’s something we live
Because knowledge is power, and the more we understand each other, the stronger our community becomes.

This year we are partnering with the Smithfield YMCA to add a Touch a Truck event and celebrating Healthy Kids Day! Come out from the color run to trucks, obstacle course, arts and crafts and MORE!

Come get colorful, get connected, and help us continue building a community where everyone belongs
