Please send us a letter telling us a little about who you are, explaining your interest or involvement in MMA and how the scholarship can help you to achieve your goals. Applications can be sent on the behalf of children by parents, instructors, or other adults. Winner will get up to one year or $1000 worth of MMA instruction at the center of their choice.
Please include:
Child’s full name, age and contact information
The name, address and contact information of the training center where you are currently training or would like to train
Optional: A letter of support from an instructor/trainer/sensei
