This album is a huge moment for me as an artist, a single mom, and a forever student.

My grandmother is woven into these songs. “Little Sir Echo” is one she placed me on her lap to sing, teaching me how to listen, respond, and play with sound.

I’m also deeply grateful for the lessons and songs shared with me by Miss Rissland, who taught me so much about working with children in 2018. Thank you for trusting me with your work 🙌🏼
