Real Model Designs

In January of 2024, the RMI Designs completed our most recent project for MidCity Nashville, and Monarch Alternative Capital's newest addition to Nashville, TN. Located on the former site of Lee Beaman's Broadway dealership. This project includes residential, retail, office spaces and a hotel within this 7-Tower development. Phase one features 4 towers around a central pavilion, and the addition of a new street. This models measures 4' x 8' at a 1:150 metric scale.

In August of 2023, the RMI Designs team had the great pleasure of working with Discover Dunwoody, GA on updating their newly acquired model. This model is at a 1:100 scale, and showcases the restaurants and hotels in the area. The updates to this model include the new developments in the area as well as some new restaurants and stores.

In September 2022, the RMI Designs team has the pleasure of completing a model for the Aster, a 70 unit condominium building located in Germantown, Nashville, Tennessee blocks away from . This mid-rise model measures 28" x 42" at a 1/8"=1'-0" and includes intricate brickwork, and a fully modeled amenity deck. The project was developed by Cottingham Capital Partners and designed by Smith Gee Studio.

In June 2023, The RMI Designs team completed this model for Vastland Companies. VOCÉ Hotel & Residences is a retail & Mixed Used high-rise located off of West End, 18th Avenue and Hayes Street in Midtown Nashville. With a rooftop feature of a resort-like pool and amenity space, as well as two floors dedicated to office space, and retail on the ground level. This model measures 44" x 32" at a 1/8" = 1'-0" scale. Developed by Vastland Companies, and designed by The Preston Partnership, LLC.
