3 years ago today I joined RE/MAX Elite after passing my real estate state exam on the first try and being led to this brokerage.

I was introduced to a RE/MAX Elite agent through a mutual friend and met and had coffee with her. As I listened to her describe her experience being with RE/MAX Elite I just remember thinking "This is exactly what I am looking for" - a very supportive leadership team and a healthy and supportive work culture amongst colleagues as well as constant training.

I had my first interview with then-owner, Scott Comey and my belief that this is where I was supposed to be was cemented even more.

After having my second interview with current owner, Zach Hensrude, my belief was solidified and I just knew without a doubt this was where I was supposed to be and that has strengthened and been confirmed to me over and over again through these last three years.

I have been told that I have worked in one of the toughest markets and though I am not near where I want to be production-wise, I am proud of the deals I have closed and I'm grateful for the relationships I have built with my clients.
