This week I've been working from home as they finish up our office renovation and it's been harder to stay focused since I'm surrounded by the laundry and dishes that I normally don't see until I get home! At work I take breaks and go on walks, but here I take breaks and watch Netflix or clean the kitchen 😂 One upside of that though, is that I've been able to escape the heat of this Virginia summer and take some time for me when I don't normally allow myself to do that. What are you going to do this week to take some time for yourself?
