Highland Ranch Dairy Goats

Her first time leading a goat into a ring was 13 years ago - in this very arena.

This year she was the judge for both FFA & 4H at The Evergreen State Fair. I’m super proud of the years of study and heart she has poured into dairy goats! Well done, E!

Our last available goat. This is Highland Ranch PD Vegas Prize *B - 3/9/2020 - polled. (For those who haven't heard, we are taking a few years off while our #1 goat farmer finishes college and we certainly don't want him going unused for a few years.)

Vegas is super easy going and is out of GCH* Almar Acres RK Idaho Girl (polled) 3*M VEEE91 (Dragonfly lines on both sides). His sire is Highland Ranch 8SR It's PayDay. Vegas is over-height but has not thrown any over-height daughters that we know of. Sire's dam udder photos below (SGCH Blue Bear BD Hershey Kisses VEEE90). Strength and longevity on both sides. Hershey is 14 and still standing on very strong feet/legs.

We delayed our kidding season to accommodate some travel this Spring but now 4 out of 5 does have kidded and I’m thankful it has been smooth sailing so far! Now we are just waiting for Almar Acres RK Idaho Girl who is due any time now.
