CPM - Construction Preservation Maintenance

Earlier this year, we proudly completed our first Dogtopia build-out for a new franchisee in Seattle’s vibrant Roosevelt neighborhood. We’re incredibly proud of the work our CPM team and subcontractors delivered — and we’re excited for what’s next!

After becoming a pre-qualified and in-network contractor, CPM was invited to bid on multiple Dogtopia locations throughout 2024. We successfully secured the contract for the Roosevelt Square project, with construction kicking off in October 2024 and wrapping up in early February 2025.

This 5,104-square-foot facility features:
- Three primary dog play areas: Toy Playroom, Romper Playroom, and Gym Playroom
- A Spa/Laundry area
- Two Evaluation Rooms
- Restrooms, Breakroom, Consult Room, and a welcoming Lobby

Our team moved quickly and efficiently, transforming a former bookstore into a vibrant, state-of-the-art dog daycare center. Situated in the Roosevelt Square Shopping Center, the location is a true one-stop destination for pet owners, with Mud Bay pet supply store and the Roosevelt Animal Hospital located just steps away.

We’re honored to partner with Dogtopia on their expansion and look forward to helping create more spaces where dogs — and their humans — can thrive.

CPM is proud to partner with Jersey Mike's for the buildout of their stores in the PNW! CPM is a preferred Jersey Mike’s network contractor and has complete fast-casual restaurant TI buildouts for multiple Jersey Mike’s franchisees for years. These TIs are traditionally built in single story retail strip buildings. Existing conditions are typically a grey or vanilla shell at turnover. The build-outs consist of the kitchen, restrooms, office, ordering and dining areas. To date, CPM has built Jersey Mike's locations in Newcastle, Federal Way, Seattle, Poulsbo, Redmond, Enumclaw, Vancouver, Lacey, and Puyallup, WA.

Mike's Way - Lettuce, onions, tomatoes, oil, vinegar and spices still top amazing authentic sandwiches across the nation, carrying on the namesake who created the store over 65 years ago. Our secret to longevity has been making sure that everything is always high quality. Our MSA Grade top round beef are trimmed and cooked right in the store. Our meats and cheeses are all top-quality premium brands. Our bread is fresh-baked each day on the premises. And of course, everything’s prepared right in front of you. It’s what makes Jersey Mike’s the most authentic tasting submarine sandwich.

CPM is proud to partner with Wingstop and Far West Services, a franchisee operating more than 100 Wingstop restaurants in California, Nevada, Washington, Colorado, and Utah. Their rapid growth has positioned themselves in the marketplace as wing experts. To date, CPM has built Wingstops in Everett, Monroe, Burlington, Oak Harbor, Poulsbo, Vancouver, Renton, Kent, and the most recent restaurant located in Shoreline, WA. CPM is excited to continue partnering with Far West Services on the construction of their expanding portfolio of Wingstop restaurants!

At CPM, we're proud to partner with AKT for the buildout of their studio in Redmond, WA. Located inside the Redmond Town Center, this sleek, dance inspired studio has brought a generous curb appeal to the already notorious retail center.

Founded in New York City in 2013, AKT is a full-body workout that combines cardio dance intervals with strength and toning, which are effective and accessible for all fitness levels. AKT is fueled by positivity and the belief that movement has a powerful, lasting impact.
