We are almost 1/4 of the way to having the money for the pressing of "Plague Years"! For those that haven't seen the previous post:

100 LPs can be pressed for ~3000.00. We'll do a special limited edition of fancy colored discs of 100. We'll sign and number them on the cover, and of course, you'll get your name in the notes. If you donate / buy one for $100.

If you say "yes" in the comments, I'll count you as "committed" and when we reach 30 people, I'll contact you about how to make the donation. Then we'll get the process in motion.

"Plague Years" is almost complete! Knowing that we're pressing really helps with keeping the flame alive. It'll be the first pressing under the Gaia Consort name since 2007. Please let me know in the comments. See previous post for the list of tunes. I'm psyched!

OK - 100 LPs for plague years, including mastering, is about $3k - limited edition 100 (splatter / marbled / colored) 180 gram vinyl with a 4 panel insert. We'll number them, and sign them. I'm thinking we rent a room (Kenmore Community Club? Parking!) and have a special listening party, (NOT a concert - that's another day) so add another $500 to the total.
Can I find 35 people to donate / buy an LP of Plague Years for $100? That seems like it ought to be doable.
