As a childbirth educator and former Birth Doula, I wanted to create a space to help expectant parents ease their worries and gain confidence and knowledge. It is overwhelming trying to navigate through the many resources of information and my goal is to streamline the basics for you and help you get to the finish line, holding your sweet baby ~

I also have created Postpartum Survival Boxes - to help mamas recover from delivery of the baby and ease into breastfeeding with a lovely assortment of items from a bath soak, stretch mark creme, ni**le butter, sleep mask and much more. They make a thoughtful gift for a new mom!
