ℹ️ This Program is designed to help children build confidence, discipline, coordination, and problem-solving skills in a fun and challenging environment. Classes focus on fundamental grappling movements, positional control, balance, and safe training habits—without strikes (punching and kicking).

Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu teaches kids how to stay calm under pressure, think ahead, and work through challenges step by step. Every class emphasizes respect, focus, and teamwork, while helping kids to stay active and burn energy!

This program is ideal for beginners and is taught by experienced instructors with extensive backgrounds in youth instruction and athlete development.
