Mindsight Behavioral Group in Somerset is hosting a fun summer group for teens ages 13–17 focused on confidence, coping skills, healthy choices, boundaries, relationships, and self-worth.

Each week includes a new topic, a craft or art activity, and snacks!

June 23 – July 28

Topics include:

✨ Digital Life, Self-Worth & Spending
✨ Fitness & Healthy Choices
✨ Emotions, Strengths & Coping
✨ Self-Esteem, Boundaries & Relationships
✨ Final Reflection & Party

Summer can be a good time to check in on your teen’s mental health.

Without the structure of school, some teens may struggle more with isolation, anxiety, sleep changes, mood shifts, motivation, or conflict at home.
