I had the honor of making a special Southern Middle School graduation cookie cake, and I added a little school spirit with blue and orange accents 💙🧡

I also made a fun birthday cookie cake in chocolate mint chip — such a fresh and delicious twist on a classic!

Each 9-inch chocolate chip cookie cake feeds about 8 people and is perfect for any celebration. It’s a great alternative if you’re not a big cake fan but still want something sweet, soft, and crowd-pleasing.
