Taking a look back at our work designing and producing for Fal.Con 2024, a conference that grows year after year like no other, 2024 was one for the books.
After moving full speed into production, attendance surged by 2,000+ guests, challenging every decision we had made about flow, space, and experience. What could have been disruption became an opportunity to rethink, rework, and reimagine in real time, truly defining our partnership with the CrowdStrike team. From reconfiguring layouts to optimizing attendee journeys on the fly, our team leaned into creative problem-solving at every turn, proving that great event design isn't just about the plan, its about how you adapt it.

Celebrating our partners and their accomplishments make 40 years of VDA easy. As students and alumni gathered to celebrate Founders Day, 125 years of Northeastern University, VDA created memorable experience with Happy Birthday banners, branded wayfinding, and multiple activations. One of our favorites included an augmented reality activation which used a vintage camera to display historic photos of the University. A perfect way to celebrate this historic school.
