About Us

Rent Source is a fast-growing real estate company headquartered in Cambridge, Ma. that specializes in apartment rentals in the Somerville/Cambridge/Medford markets. Our ownership team has 26+ years of combined real estate experience and had a lot of great relationships with landlords with top notch properties. Now in our fourth year of operation, we are looking to hire a few more motivated, full-time agents and will provide all training and resources to make you as successful as possible.

What to Expect

Agents are respected and encouraged to succeed by the entire staff. After training, we will have faith in you to manage your schedule and showings as you see fit, meaning you are essentially your own boss! The more time and effort you put in, the more successful you will be. A willingness to work nights and weekends during the busy season (March to September) is essential for success. We view this as a full-time, long-term opportunity with high earning potential.

Responsibilities:

- Marketing/lead generation of in-house rental listings
- Accompanied (or virtual) showings of apartments
- Initial tenant screening and paperwork
