This brave girl just achieved seven full minutes of calm, comfortable alone time—snoozing through the first half of her training session. When we first started working together, the moment Mum and Dad were out of sight, panic set in.

Today tells a very different story. I’m incredibly proud of Nori and excited to see how much more confidence she builds in the weeks ahead.

Because separation anxiety training is remote, I don’t often get to meet my clients face to face. But a few weeks ago, I randomly ran into one—and it completely lit up my day. Finn is such a special boy, and moments like that remind me how lucky I am to do this work.

So proud of the strides Skipper is making in his separation anxiety journey. His progress reminds me how powerful patience and consistency can be.
