Its a FIRST ALERT WEATHER DAY for strong to severe storms this afternoon! We're not expecting widespread severe weather, but some storms could have strong winds and heavy downpours. Keep an eye on the radar starting at 4 pm!

Its been a great ride in Michiana, but all rides come to an end.. This week will be my last week at WNDU. I will be heading back home for an opportunity I cannot pass up and begin a new chapter of my life. Thank you to all of you for inviting me into your home and trusting me for your weather forecasts. We are keeping a close eye on Thursday with the chance of storms being strong to severe in Michiana around the afternoon and evening timeframe! Right now is looks like mainly a wind threat with some heavy rain. Details are still hazy and the threat area is still shifting, we'll keep you up to date!

Its a warm day for the new Osprey Hatchlings! They're always hungry and Mom & Dad have been bringing fish all day!

We're seeing temps falling HARD on the other side of the rain and storms. The thermometer fell 10 degrees in the past 30 minutes here at the station! Severe threat for the rest of the day after the line passes will be cut significantly because of it!
