Looking for a 1099 Subcontractor for fencing installs, cabinet installs, and other handy man projects. Must be 18+, have transportation, clear a background check, and be self-motivated to get projects done. On the job training provided. Work area is South Bend based with some regional area travel. Looking for a person to start training immediately in lawn care and property maintenance.

Full-time hours (30-40+) are easily achieved in 3-4 days of work per week. This is a physical job with long, daily hours.

MUST HAVE:
- Valid driver's license
- Personal transportation to and from work
- Be on Time
- Handle manual labor, hot/cold weather, and long hours

Training will pay $10.00 per hour. Pay increase after training period.
