At Boswell, we value our employees’ professional growth and are committed to supporting it through Boswell Academy.

With that goal in mind, the experts from the Seller-Doer Academy are leading a Client Leadership Lab for a group of our professionals. In the program the group is learning and practicing new strategies for strengthening client relationships and delivering even greater value through meaningful engagement.

We are proud of everyone attending the course and we remain committed to providing opportunities for our employees to develop the skills they need to grow professionally and become better leaders. 🌱

Boswell Spotlight - Episode 4

Boswell’s Power & Energy work is critical to upgrading our electrical infrastructure. Substations like this one in Morris County are being improved to increase our grid’s resilience and ability to meet the increasing demands of a world more dependent on electricity.
We are proud of this work and the impact it has on the areas we serve. 💡

A great day for the Woodland Park community!

The ribbon was recently cut on the newly renovated Thomas May Memorial Park, a project designed to create a more inclusive and accessible space for children of all abilities. The upgrades include a new rubberized safety surface in the borough’s blue and gold colors, an ADA-accessible merry-go-round, and an accessible swing, allowing children of all mobility levels to play together.

Boswell VP and COO Joseph A. Pomante, P.E. joined Mayor Tracy Kallert , current and former members of the Borough Council, Business Administrator Sam Yodice Jr., CPM, and Passaic County Commissioner Lazzara in celebrating this important event for Woodland Park.

We at BOSWELL are proud of our role in making this renovation come to life.

May is Mental Health Awareness Month! 🌱
With today’s fast-paced work environment, many professionals are navigating challenges that impact both their performance and well being.
This month is a reminder to recognize the signs, take small but meaningful steps, and create space for more open conversations.

At Boswell, we believe that supporting mental health is essential to building healthier workplaces, stronger teams, and more sustainable performance.

Boswell is proud to have sponsored a team of employees who raised money for the Special Olympics in the Lincoln Tunnel Challenge 5k. The energy was high at our second year in the event, and it was made special by the sense of community shared by everyone joining together to help a worthy cause.
The team was even visited by Weehawken Mayor Richard Turner who stopped for a photo with some of our participants.
Thanks to all who ran and supported the Special Olympics!
