It’s your birthday...Again. It comes around every year, if you’re lucky, but nobody seems to know what to do with ‘em. . We sit, we smile, we blow out the candles, but no matter how many people we share the cake with we’re on our own. How many more cakes does the future hold? That’s pretty heavy, and so is the song.

July 1 2020 started at the ‘soon to be assembled’ phase
And now it’s July 1 2021 and I feel so lucky to have been able to have the place functioning and to have had so many friends come by and enjoy the place with us. Another year of experimenting, failing, succeeding, crying, laughing is ahead of us.
