So, Why the Vibe??? Growing up I had an uncle who always brought this cucumber and red onion salad to family reunions, to this day it's the one flavor profile that reminds me of summer time the most; I liked it so much that it strongly influenced my house made pickles. Offering the burger cheese free allows the seared meat and fresh veggies to bump harder. Keeping it simple with a heavy, sweet BBQ sauce over the top keeps this one light and fresh.
