Intermodal Pricing Analyst - Onsite (Germantown, TN)
$65,000-$70,000
Mon-Fri 8am-5pm

Qualifications
•Successfully using Excel VLOOKUP within separate or same workbooks and creating Pivot Tables required (intermediate-advanced skill level)
•Must enjoy discussing and documenting project scope, approaches and status updates
•Must be able to possess a sense of urgency while maintaining data integrity and accuracy
•Able to work independently, or in a team-setting; proactive, takes initiative, and follows up
•Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Must know how to create Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP’s, etc.)
•Effective oral and written communication skills
•Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
•Excellent analytical skills
•Detail oriented

Responsibilities
•The Intermodal Pricing Analyst is responsible for the support and development of costing and pricing models for Intermodal solutions that support the company’s revenue growth and overall profitability
•The analyst will handle daily rate requests, review and analyze bids, and provide internal/external customer support while demonstrating an innate understanding of Intermodal service requirements
•Minimally, this person should be comfortable using Excel VLOOKUP and creating Pivot Tables on a daily basis
•Support the development of pricing strategies and partner with the business development team and other departments to deliver value to our customers
•Prepare bids for customer Requests for Proposals (RFPs) with accuracy, competitiveness, and compliance with Cornerstone standards and customer requirements
•Identify opportunity and strategy in conjunction with cross functional teams (Intermodal Operations, Sales Teams, Customers, Rail Carriers, and Dray Carriers)
•Maintain and utilize internal pricing system to evaluate and complete rate transactions
•Process and submit all rate requests, analyzing all possible options to offer the best customer focused solution
•Meet all rate and bid request deadlines as outlined by the customer and company standards
•Communicate clearly and effectively with fellow employees, customers, and vendors
•Conduct problem solving and solution remedies
•Regular and reliable attendance expected
•Other work-related duties as assigned by supervisor/manager

Salary: $60,000-$70,000 per year, based on experience

Hours: M-F 8:30 am -5:00 pm
Our client is in search of a highly motivated, detail-oriented Commercial Lines Customer Service Representative who will work closely with our sales team on new accounts, retention and service of commercial clients. This individual will work with sales producers and deliver superior client service to our clients. This person needs to be organized and have a pleasant, friendly personality.

They focus on meeting the needs of the client in today’s ever-changing environment which makes for an exciting place to work. You will have the support of a competent, professional, and dedicated team as well as management willing to assist in your success.
As a Commercial Lines CSR you will:
•Use your strong conflict resolution and negotiation skills to resolve issues.
•Use your strong communication skills to secure information and educate the client.
•Use your multi-tasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
•Collaborate with team members and build positive working relationships.
•Answer client inquiries about their policies and coverage.
•Gather risk and exposure information.
•Complete applications and obtain quotes from various insurers.
•Assist producer in developing appropriate proposals and presentations.
•Work in a detail-oriented manner in an order to be as thorough and accurate as possible.
•Check policies, endorsements, and audits for inaccuracies and review those policies with clients as needed.
•Issue certificates of insurance and invoices.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
•Must have active License/Certification: Property and Casualty License
•Must have Commercial Lines CSR experience in an independent agency (2 years minimum commercial experience).
•Be familiar with the insurance marketplace and its products.
•Know commercial coverage forms.
•Possess good customer relation skills.
•Be a positive and an optimistic team player.
•Computer literate.
