Raise your hand if increasing exercise is one of your New Year's Resolutions! π€When we consider our optimal health and well-being, physical activity and fitness probably rises to the top for many of us. And for good reason! Physical activity is one of the most important things you can do for your health. The benefits are proven and plentiful.

As stated by the CDC, "being physically active can improve your brain health, help manage weight, reduce the risk of disease, strengthen bones and muscles, and improve your ability to do everyday activities." As stated by Elle Woods, "Exercise gives you endorphins. Endorphins make you happy. Happy people don't shoot their husbands, they just don't". (Legally Blonde, anyone?)π

The best thing about physical activity and fitness is that it isn't a "one size fits all". There are TONS of ways to stay active and it's fun to explore those different paths to find what works best for YOU. Drop an emoji below of your favorite ways to MOVE. π
