Spaulding For Children

Congratulations to our GEM Award recipients, Anna Brown, Leslie Cohen, Christopher Sutton and Thomas Threlkeld. The GEM Award is given quarterly to a group of staff members who demonstrate outstanding teamwork. This group worked to get Quality Improvement Center on Engaging Youth in Finding Permanency (QIC-EY) training information to the general child welfare public. They worked to adapt the material so it could be offered in a shorter format with standalone modules.
Spaulding is a partner agency to QIC-EY, which offers an interactive tool for child welfare professionals featuring real life examples and actionable tips to engage authentically with youth.
