The Other Side Academy Prep School Apartments in Salt Lake City is Utah's first modular 4-story apartment building. Door to door, it was delivered in about 12 months. A comparable stick-built project runs 18 to 24.
The set itself, the part everyone films, took four days. The reason it went that fast is everything that happened before: engineering, sequencing, factory scheduling, and site prep running in parallel.
Speed on site is earned months earlier in the factory.
