Disability Resources is hiring for a FT Direct Support Manager!

We are a local nonprofit committed to helping local individuals with disabilities achieve their highest potential through the development of individualized goals and supports.

As the Direct Support Manager, you oversee a caseload and manage it. You will guide and supervise staff when they assist individuals with basic living skill such as meal prepping, socialization, personal hygiene, creating friendships, and contribute to their success at an independent lifestyle through personal, life and social goals.

If you are an extremely compassionate, caring, detail oriented person who wants to give back and has experience with caretaking or similar field, is a strong and effective communicator possessing strong standards of professionalism and problem solving skills set, we want to hear from you!!

Salary
• $17.00/hour

Requirements
• 18 years or older
• Preferred B.S or B.A in Psychology, Sociology, Special Education or a related field
• 1+ year coaching/mentoring experience
• 1+ year case management experience
• Strong and effective communicator
• High level of integrity and confidentiality
• Self-Starter and Team Player
• Compassionate
• Dependable
