Grain Categories to Choose From
1.) Line-Bread (Hybrid) = Less Nutrients/ Economic Choice
2.) Heritage (Landrace) = More Nutrients/ Moderate Price
3.) Ancient = Most Nutrients / Most Expensive

Hybrid does not mean GMO.
