In June I found myself defeated. No secret I have struggled with my weight all of my early teen/adult life. I would say okay Monday is a new week, focus on eating well, work out for a couple weeks…down a few ounces, get frustrated and fall off the wagon. Vicious cycle. I came across this little gem by accident. Thankful I did. Since June 6th I am down 34 lbs. Do I still struggle with diet and exercise? Of course, I’m human but incorporating this has kept me on track and I’ve actually been losing/keeping the weight off!
