1st day back lifting legs in the War Room since his hip labrum repair‼️
Even when he was not cleared to lift lower body or run yet, Toby was finding a way to get better by being in the War Room 4 days a week.
When you’re committed to the process, the results will take care of themselves. Look for Toby to have an insane junior season this fall🦍
