I’m working with three home buyers right now and here is a list of “Deal Breakers” they have before they even consider making an offer on your home:

🏚️ Your Neighbors House: Yep, if your neighbor’s yard has 3 RVs, a boat, and hasn’t mowed their lawn since Hoopfest ’09, no way.

💰An HOA Fee: As much as home buyers love HOA President Karen breathing down their neck for planting the wrong color tree in the front yard, they’d rather have the freedom to do as they please.

🧹Dirty as F..: If you’re not willing to clean your house to sell it, there’s probably more issues we can’t see.

🍿Popcorn Ceilings: Yes, they still exist.

📻 Appliances Older than Adam: Not the best house warming present to immediately pay for a new oven, refrigerator, water heater, furnace, a/c, roof, and sewer line.

Buyers can and will be very picky in this market…will my clients say “On to the next..” or “This is the one”?
