It’s all ‘treat’ for my client this Halloween! 🎃

We just got this beautiful home in her dream neighborhood under contract. I couldn’t be happier for her- we’ve been waiting for the perfect home to come up for sale for 7 months! And the extra sweet surprise? We got it for under budget 🍭 😉🙌.
